9 Story Arlo Hotel Planned For Wynwood

A 9 story Arlo Hotel is coming to 2233 NW Miami Ct in Wynwood, according to The Real Deal.

The building with be 141,758 square feet with 217 rooms.

The Arlo Hotel will be developed by Quadrum Global after purchasing the lot for $8.5 million in November 2018 and designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates.

TBT (February 26, 2015) - Four years ago the under construction Grove at Grand Bay was about to top off at 20 stories in Coconut Grove. The two twisting buildings designed by Bjarke Ingels would eventually officially top off in June 2015. The buildings were completed in August 2016. The Grove at Grand Bay is an architectural marvel located in Coconut Grove, Miami. When you drive into Coconut Grove the two twisting towers immediately catch your eye and are gorgeous to look at. At night is when the towers really come to life and the twisting columns are more pronounced and prominent. 

The two twenty story towers were designed by architect Bjarke Ingels and developed by Terra Group. Both the towers are a floor away from being topped out to their maximum height.

The 32 story Monarc At Met 3 located at 201 SE 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami is listed for sale and could sell for over $200 million, according to The Real Deal.

Monarc at Met 3, with 462 apartment units, was developed by ZOM Living and completed in April 2016 after beginning construction December 2012.

ZOM Living purchased the air rights from MDM Group to build Monarc at Met 3, which also sits above a parking garage and a Whole Foods.

Adler Group Reveals Plan For Miami Riverside Central site

Conceptual Plans For Miami Riverside Site

Adler Group has revealed conceptual plans to build an office tower and three other towers at the City of Miami's Miami Riverside Central site located at 444 SW 2nd Ave, according to Miami Today.

Designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, the site would have 36,177 square feet of ground floor retail, 100 public parking spaces and a landscaped public riverwalk. There would also be a 8,963-square foot hotel lobby, 35,145 square feet of amenity decks on three of the buildings and  13,087 square feet of office space. 

The Miami City Commission must approve a referendum for the November ballot that would would allow the City of Miami to approve a lease or sale to Adler Group in return for a new office building.

The 43 story Avant At Met Square has topped out in Downtown Miami.

Construction began August 2015 and is expected to be completed first quarter 2018.

The windows are almost installed and painting has begun on the exterior of the building.

78 Story 18 Approved By Planning And Zoning Department

After being approved by the Urban Development Review Board in February, 18 has also received approval from the Miami Planning and Zoning Department, according to The Next Miami.

18, located at 10 SW 8th Street on the Burger King lot, will rise 78 stories at 960 feet with 392 residential units.

The 43 story Avant at Met Square is close to topping out in Downtown Miami. When we last looked the building just reached the 28th floor. 

Construction started going vertical in January 2016 and the project is expected to be completed by first quarter 2018.
