A Look At Muse Residences

Muse Residences, located at 17141 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach is under construction and has reached the 18th floor.

The project broke ground in September 2015 and is expected to be completed in 2018.

Muse Residences will rise 47 stories and have 68 residential units. The project will have bedrooms ranging from 2 - 5, starting at 2,360 square feet all the way to to 5,800 square feet for the two floor penthouse unit.

Property Markets Group along with S2 Development is developing Muse Residences and was designed by Carlos Ott along with Sieger Suarez.

PMG is also currently building Echo Brickell.

Fendi Château Residences Construction Photos

Fendi Château Residences located in Surfside is getting closer to completion. The 12 story luxury condominium will have 58 units.

The wavy balconies and pyramid like structure designed by Arquitectonica makes the Fendi Château Residences stand out among other buildings.

The project is being developed by Chateau Group and will be completed later this year.

Jade Signature Reaches 43rd Floor Of Construction

Jade Signature has reached the 43rd floor of construction of the 57 story luxury condominium in Sunny Isles Beach.

Almost a year ago, Jade Signature was starting to go vertical and was on the 3rd floor.

The windows and glass balconies are being installed on the lower floors while the tower continues to rise. Painting of the exterior is also being done to the exterior units.

SLS Lux Reaches 33rd Floor Of Construction

When we last looked at SLS Lux in January, construction was on the 10th floor. Now in June, the 58 story tower is on the 33rd floor and pass the halfway point of topping out.

Just a little over a year ago, SLS Lux was just about to do a foundation pour at the site.

Construction has started to go vertical on the amenities portion of the South side of the tower where the lap pool, cabanas and basket ball court will be.

Brickell Heights Construction Photos

After topping out at the beginning of April, construction at Brickell Heights continues on the two towers.

The East Tower has 49 floors and the West Tower has 46 floors and both buildings will have rooftop pools with views of Brickell, Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. Brickell Heights will have 690 residential units between the two buildings.

Developed by The Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica, Brickell Heights will have a 30,000 square foot Equinox gym and a SoulCycle.

Grove at Grand Bay Photos

Grove at Grand Bay in Coconut Grove is getting closer to completion.

The two twisting towers are developed by Terra Group and were designed by architect Bjarke Ingels.

Construction is expected to be completed by Summer 2016.

Surf Club - Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Construction Photos

Construction is moving along quickly at The Surf Club - Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences since our last major update on the project in October 2015.

All the cranes have been removed from the site and the windows and balconies have been installed on the North Tower and Hotel. The installation of the windows and balconies on the South Tower will be completed soon.

The restoration of the original Surf Club façade is also taking place.

The project is being developed by Fort Partners and was designed by Richard Meier & Partners Architects along with Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design.
