Jade Signature

As recent as December 2014, the Jade Signature was nothing more than a 50 foot deep oceanfront hole as seen from photos by Curbed Miami. Fast forward to June 2015 and the building has reached the third floor of the 57 story luxury condo. 

The project is being developed by Fortune International Group and was designed by Herzog and de Meuron.

Grove at Grand Bay has topped off after finally twisting its way to twenty stories. The two towers overlook Biscayne Bay and is across from Regatta Park.

The Bond at Brickell

The Bond at Brickell is still rising quickly and is well pass the halfway mark of construction. 

The building will rise 44 stories and hold 323 residential units. 

Completion is expected in early 2016.

Centro Close To Topping Out

Since passing the halfway mark of construction back in March, Centro is close to topping out. The tower rises above many of the nearby offices surrounding the building. When construction is completed residents will have an incredible view of the Miami Tower, especially at night.

Solitair Brickell Demolition Photos - Before & After

ZOM recently received a $108 million construction loan for Solitair Brickell, which is located across the street from Brickell City Centre and next to Brickell Heights. 

Workers have completely removed the parking ramp that was connected to the Chase Bank building. 

The building is expected to be completed by late 2017.
