Panorama Tower Up To The 11th Floor

Construction at Panorama Tower is making headway since we l ast checked in in February.

The tower is currently on the 11th floor of the 85 story project. The bottom pedestal will have offices and a hotel that will reach the 19th floor before rising into 821 residential apartments that will include a restaurant /lounge on the 48th floor.

250 Wynwood Nearly Complete

After topping off at the beginning of this year, 250 Wynwood is in the final stages of completion. All residential units are sold out.

The building incorporates colorful designs and patterns on the facade that fits in with the character of Wynwood.

The building is located down the street from Panther Coffee.

Going up in the ever changing Design District is Design 41, which will have retail, offices and a rooftop restaurant. The name was chosen from a Curbed Miami contest.

The building is designed by Enrique Norten who also designed One Ocean on South Beach.

Brickell Ten Past Halfway Mark

Brickell Ten has passed the halfway mark and is now on the 14th floor of the 22 story condo. Since we last updated on the project it was on the 6th floor.

Next to Brickell Ten is Broadstone Brickell, which is also under construction.

Crane Installed At Broadstone Brickell

After starting construction in April of this year, a crane has been added to the site.

The 24 story building located is West Brickell within close proximity to I-95.

SLS Brickell Construction Photos Update

SLS Brickell continues to rise taller in Brickell. The tower will rise 52 stories and comprise of 450 residential units plus an SLS Hotel.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2016.

Construction Begins On Park Grove

Next to the Ritz-Carlton, construction is starting on the first phase of Park Grove located in Coconut Grove.

The project is being developed by Terra Group and The Related Group. Terra Group is also developing the under construction Grove at Grand Bay across the street.
