After opening the Whole Foods on the ground level earlier this year, construction still continued above as the Monarc at Met 3 just topped off, according to Curbed Miami.
The building has reached 32 stories with an 11 story parking garage underneath.

2.5 Acre Site For Sale On Flagler St.
Property on Flagler Street in Downtown Miami is up for sale, according to The Next Miami. The 2.5 acre site has conceptual plans called "Sky Plaza" that could be a 2.4 million square foot project.
Bids are due April 22 for the site.
Lincoln Road with Downtown Miami in Distance
The City of Miami Beach has contracted James Corner Field Operations, the firm behind New York's High Line to make changes to Lincoln Road, according to The Miami New Times.
The firm plans to maintain the history of the Morris Lapidus designed mall, but update it with recommendations from current business owners.
The James Corner Field Operations will have a master plan by August or September with construction beginning in 2016.
SLS Brickell
Since our last update on the SLS Brickell in October 2014, the building has reached the 30th floor. The building will top out at 52 stories and will have 450 residential units, plus feature an SLS hotel.
Construction on the parking levels and the pool deck have started since our last update.
Construction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2016.

The Bond at Brickell
After a slow start on construction since their foundation pouring, The Bond at Brickell is starting to rise over South Miami Avenue.
The 44 story residential condo will rise to 491 feet and is located across from where Brickell Flatiron will start construction.
Construction is still expected to be completed by early 2016.
In September 2014, we previewed our first set of Brickell City Centre Day & Night photos and since our last overall update in January the project can be visible for miles in all directions around the city.
All three towers have topped out and most of the windows have been installed with work being done to add the balcony enclosures.
The project is still on pace to be completed by the end of 2015.

Lot Sold For $15.5 Million
The site where a proposed Walgreens was going to be located at 296 SW 7th St has sold to Marathon Lodging, according to The Real Deal.
The Walgreens was designed by Frank Demandt and Robert Brown of Demandt Architecture was also designed the beautiful Walgreens at 1400 Collins Avenue.
Previously on the empty lot was an apartment complex that sat abandoned for a few months before being torn down and The Car Wash Concept that sat abandoned for 8 years before finally being demolished in the Summer of 2014.
