Cambria Hotel Coming To Brickell

A 204 room Cambria Hotel is coming to West Brickell, according to The Next Miami. The hotel is located at 165 SW 12th Street in the transforming West Brickell, across the street from where SoMa at Brickell is almost complete.

The property was purchased last year for $9.5 million and had several multi family homes on the lots, which were demolished earlier this year. 

The architect on the project is Kobi Karp. 

 

Faena District Construction Moving Quickly

In Miami Beach, The Faena District is progressing quickly. Units at Faena House have begun closing including a the penthouse unit, which was sold for a record $60 million to a billionaire Hedge Fund CEO.

Faena Forum is also moving along quickly since we last looked in July and construction has started on Faena Bazaar and Faena Park.

Another luxury condo under construction in Surfside is FENDI Chateau Residences, which is already topped out at 12 stories and will have 58 residential units. Resident units range from 3,325 to 7,000 square feet with 10 foot ceilings. There are also 3 penthouse units with private swimming pools and sundecks.
