Munilla Construction Management has been selected out of 5 other bidders to construct a new Grove Bay Parking Garage, according to Miami Today.

The new redesigned parking garage will have two parking levels instead of three, but still have 333 parking spaces.

The Grove Bay Parking Garage is part of a 7 acre mixed used development leased by The City of Miami, called The Harbour, which will be developed by The Grove Bay Investment Group.

Demolition recently began on the abandoned Chart House on the edge of Biscayne Bay and construction will begin soon on The Harbour, that will have two restaurants, entertainment event space, marina with 400 boat slips, and a public baywalk.
