Brickell Flatiron
Brickell Flatiron has passed the halfway mark of 32 floors of the 64 story condominium in Brickell.
The exterior of the building is now being painted white and the balconies and glass are now being installed on the lower residential units.
In March 2017 Brickell Flatiron was starting to go vertical.
Construction is expected to be completed in Summer 2019.

Hyatt Centric at Panorama Tower
The Hyatt Centric at Panorama Tower is scheduled to open today in Brickell.
With 202 hotel rooms, Hyatt Centric will occupy the lower portion of the 85 story tower, which will be the tallest building South of New York City.
Work is still being completed on the 19th floor pool deck and the apartments units above.

The Optimum in Coconut Grove
Since starting to go vertical in December 2017, The Optimum in Coconut Grove has reached the 4th floor of construction.
The 5 story office building will have a 6,500 square foot rooftop restaurant and is located next to the abandoned Coconut Grove Playhouse. Demolition on the site started in July 2017.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Engle Building Hotel in Coconut Grove
The 5 story Mr. C Hotel (formally the Engle Building Hotel) is starting to take shape since we last looked December 2017 as it was about to top off.
The hotel will have a rooftop restaurant and a pool on the top level overlooking Coconut Grove.
Construction started going vertical in August 2017.
Mr. C Hotel is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
X Miami in Downtown Miami
X Miami in Downtown Miami is getting ready for a Fall opening as exterior work continues on the building.
At 31 stories, X Miami will have 464 rental units with prices starting at $1,200.
X Miami topped off in June 2017.

Muze at Met Square
The under construction 43 story Muze at Met Square is getting closer to completion since we last looked in November 2017.
Originally called Avant at Met Square, the name has changed to Muze at Met Square.
With 391 rental apartments in Downtown Miami, Muze will also have SilverSpot movie theater in the building along with restaurants and retail.
Construction started August 2015 and topped off June 2017.

251 Flagler Street Site
A 2.52 acre site located located at 251 Flagler Street in Downtown Miami is being listed for sale at $125 million.
The site was originally listed in April 2015 as Sky Plaza, but never sold.
The site, now called Flagler City Center, is approved by the FAA for a 1,010 foot tower with 2500 residential units at 4 million square feet.
