Elysee Reaches 28th Floor Of Construction

Elysee continues to rise quickly in Edgewater as the 57 story tower reaches the 28th floor of construction.

When we last looked at the building in December 2018, construction was on the 19th floor and the first glass was being installed. Elysee started going vertical in June 2018 after the foundation pour.

The parking garage is now starting to go vertical on the West side of the building.

Elysee is expected to be completed 2020.

Demolition And Construction To Start Soon On The 28 Story Modera Biscayne Bay

Mill Creek Residential closed an Edgewater site located at 411 NE 21st Street in Edgewater where they are planning a 28 story rental called Modera Biscayne Bay.

Modera Biscayne Bay will have 296 rental units, 425 parking spaces and 11,607 square feet of retail. The building was designed by Corwil Architects.

Demolition of the buildings on site are expected soon with construction beginning later this Summer.

First Glass Installed At The 57 Story Elysee Miami

The first glass has been installed on the 57 story Elysee in Edgewater as construction reaches the 19th floor.

A year ago, construction was just starting on the site and at the beginning of October, construction was just reaching the 8th floor.

The Arquitectonica designed building will have only 100 units and is expected to be completed in 2020.

2000 Biscayne Site Sold For $13.1M

The Verzasca Group has sold their 32,775 square foot site at 2000 Biscayne for $13.1 million to Enrique Manhard, according to The Real Deal. Verzasca Group purchased the property for $13 million in March 2016.

Previously on the site was the former City Hall Restaurant that was demolished in January 2017. Verzasca Group had plans to build a 36 story rental tower with 393 unit.

Verzasca Group recently started construction on the 16 story Aurora Sunny Isles.

Elysee Miami Reaches 8th Floor

The 57 story Elysee continues to rise in Edgewater as construction reaches the 8th floor before reaching 648 feet.

In August, construction reached the 2nd floor and started going vertical in June.

Developed by Two Roads Development and DW Partners, construction is expected to be completed in 2020.

Edgewater Lot Purchased For $7.95M For Urbanica Hotel

A 18,800 square foot lot in Edgewater at 3001 Biscayne Boulevard has been purchased for $7.95 million, according to The Real Deal.

The lot was purchased by Urbanica Management with plans to build an Urbanica Hotel with 220 rooms, 5,000 square feet of retail and a 7,000 square foot rooftop bar. The site is zoned for 36 stories.

Construction is expected to begin early 2019 and be completed in 18 months.
