Another luxury condo under construction in Surfside is FENDI Chateau Residences, which is already topped out at 12 stories and will have 58 residential units. Resident units range from 3,325 to 7,000 square feet with 10 foot ceilings. There are also 3 penthouse units with private swimming pools and sundecks.

The Estates at Acqualina South Tower continues to rise quickly as construction reaches the 33rd floor of the 50 story tower at 700 feet. Construction started going vertical on the tower in February.
The North Tower is now going vertical and will also be 50 stories at 700 feet.

The Estates at Acqualina
The Estates at Acqualina is rising quickly as construction has reached the 28th floor on the South Tower.
The South Tower started going vertical in February of this year. The North Tower recently had the foundation pour and will soon go vertical.
Both towers will be 50 stories and rise 700 feet.
The Estates at Acqualina is being developed by The Trump Group.

The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach
The Estates at Acqualina North Tower had its foundation pour July 12th and the building is set to go vertical.
The South Tower started going vertical in February of this year and recently had the first glass installed on the building last month.
The South Tower is expected to be completed by the end of 2020 and the North Tower six months later.

The Estates at Acqualina Construction
The first glass has been installed on the South Tower at 50 story Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach.
After beginning construction a year ago, construction has now reached the 23rd floor. The North Tower is expected to go vertical soon.

The Estates at Acqualina South Tower has reached the 14th floor of construction since starting to go vertical in February of this year.
Both the South and North Tower will be 50 stories and have been approved by the FAA for 700 feet. The foundation pour for the North Tower should take place soon.
