The Estates at Acqualina South Tower
The Estates at Acqualina South Tower is having the cement poured on the 49th floor and is one floor away from top off at 50 stories.
The North Tower is now rising and has reached the 6th floor before topping off at 50 stories and 667 feet.

The Estates At Acqualina Construction
The Estates At Acqualina South Tower is 3 floors away from top off as construction reaches the 47th floor and a height of 646 feet.
The North Tower has reaches the 5th floor and will eventually rise 50 stories and slightly taller at 667 feet.

Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort
Dezer Development has been given approval by the FAA to build a tower at a height of 743 feet, according to The Real Deal.
The property is currently the Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort located at 18401 Collins Avenue and next to the under construction Turnberry Ocean Club Residences.
The current property was built in 1955 and purchased for $6.78 million in 1996.
The Estates at Acqualina Construction
The Estates at Acqualina South Tower is getting closer to top off as construction reaches the 45th floor. The tower is expected to top off at 50 stories at a height of 646 feet.
The North Tower has reached the 3rd floor and will also top off at 50 stories, but at a height of 667 feet.
The South Tower started going vertical in February of this year and the North Tower started going vertical in October.

Jade Signature
TBT (November 6, 2015) - The 57 story Jade Signature was reaching the the 15th floor 4 years ago before becoming completed in March 2018.

Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach has reached the 15th floor of construction with workers starting to add the 16th floor.
When we last looked, Jade Signature was just starting to go vertical on was on the second floor. The condo will be 57 stories.
The Estates at Acqualina Construction
The Estates at Acqualina South Tower has reached the 41st floor after foundation work started in October 2018. Last month, construction was on the 36th floor.
The North and South Tower will top off at 50 stories.

The Estates At Acqualina Construction
The Estates At Acqualina continues to rise quickly as the South Tower reaches the 36th floor of construction. At the end of July construction was on the 23rd floor and the first glass was being installed on the building.
The North Tower had its foundation pour at the end of August and is now starting to go vertical and eventually reach 50 stories and 700 feet.
