Atton Hotels Brickell Near Completion

The 12 story Atton Hotels Brickell is almost completed. The 275 room hotel broke ground in May 2014.

The blue film has been removed from all the windows and the landscape has been completed to the outside of the hotel. The rooftop pool is finished and offers great views of Brickell. Workers have been moving furniture into the building getting ready for the grand opening.

One Ocean Near Completion (Photos)

The luxury condo, One Ocean, on South Beach in the South of Fifth district is nearing completion.

Construction began in the Fall of 2013 and the project is developed by The Related Group and designed by Enrique Norten and Sieger Suarez.

One Ocean is the last condo construction project in the South of Fifth district which included Marea and Glass.
