Brickell City Centre Under Construction

Since topping off in the middle of December and since our last overall update, Brickell City Centre has grown exponentially. 

Rise Brickell City Centre is almost close to topping off while Reach Brickell City Centre still has a few months to go. 

The whole project is expected to be completed by the end of the year in December.

Brickell Heights Will Soon Go Vertical

Construction has continued on Brickell Heights over the holidays and the base of a crane has been added meaning that the project soon be ready to go vertical very soon. 

The two story condo began preliminary construction in June, and had its official groundbreaking on July 31, 2014.

Since topping out in September, Icon Bay has almost completed installing the balconies and have begun painting the exterior of the building. 

Residents are expected to be able to move in Spring 2015.

Brickell City Centre's Hotel East Officially Tops Off

This afternoon workers began putting the American flag on the top of Brickell City Centre's Hotel East, meaning that the tower has officially topped off. 

The roof's incline can be seen clearly where it leads to the rooftop pool.

The second tallest crane on the tower has begun the process of coming down. 

Rise Brickell City Centre will be the next of the three tower that will top off next, which should be in the next few weeks.

Bay House Construction Photos Update

Bay House has topped out since our last update and the exterior has been painted. The majority of the windows have been installed and the balconies will be placed in next. 

It won't be too much longer until the last crane is removed.

Biscayne Beach Ready To Go Vertical

After months of prepping the site, Biscayne Beach is ready to rise and go vertical. Foundation has been poured at the site and a crane has been installed on the North end of the land. 

The project is being developed by GTIS Partners and Eastview Development.

The Crimson In Edgewater

The Crimson in Miami's Edgewater district has topped off at a height of 202 feet and 18 stories.

The 90 residential unit project is being developed by MCKafka Development.
