Work Begins At Elysee Site

Work has started at the Elysee site in Edgewater with construction on the sea wall. The actual groundbreaking is expected to begin second quarter of this year.

Elysee is being developed by Two Roads Development who are also developing the nearly completed Biscayne Beach in Edgewater and is being designed by Arquitectonica. The building will rise 57 stories at 644 feet and have 100 residential units with only 1 or 2 units per floor. Jean-Louis Denoit is doing the interior designs.

Frost Museum Of Science To Open May 8th

The Frost Museum of Science is scheduled to open on May 8th of this year, according to The Miami Herald.

The $305 million museum is located in Museum Park in Downtown Miami next to the Pérez Art Museum of Miami.

Brickell Flatiron Construction Photos

Almost a year since ground breaking, Brickell Flatiron is starting to rise on the 65 story condo in Brickell. The columns are starting to form as the building reaches the second floor. Brickell Flatiron is one of many buildings in Brickell that are changing the skyline since 2013.

Brickell Heights Photos

Brickell Heights is inching closer to completion and is now officially 100% sold out. Closings are expected to begin at the end of April.

The Arquitectonica designed building will have five swimming pools, including two rooftop pools on the West and East tower. The two towers have incredible views of the city from the rooftop. Amenities include a SoulCycle and 30,000 square foot Equinox gym.

Coconut Grove Bank Near Completion

The Coconut Grove Bank is getting closer to completion and should be ready to open soon.

Once the new bank is open, the original six story Coconut Grove Bank, built in 1959, will be demolished to make way for One Park Grove. One Park Grove is expected to begin construction this Summer.

Two Park Grove and the Club Residences are only a few floors away from topping off.

Vice Reaches 18th Floor

The 31 story Vice rental tower in in Downtown Miami is rising quickly since we last looked in October 2016.

The building with 464 rental units is currently at the 18th floor and at the halfway mark. Construction is progressing on the parking garage and the glass is being installed.

Hyde Midtown Tops Off

The 32 story Hyde Midtown located in Midtown Miami at 3401 NE 1st Ave has officially topped off on Friday February 24th.

Developed by The Related Group and Dezer Development, groundbreaking on the project began in September 2015. Hyde Midtown was designed by Arquitectonica.

Hyde Midtown will have 60 hotel rooms and 410 residential units. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
