Paramount Miami Worldcenter
Paramount Miami Worldcenter has reached the 9th floor of construction of the 60 story building since we last looked in April.
Construction has started on the retail open air mall portion with the vertical columns put in place.
Miami Worldcenter will also be adding a 24 story hotel with four levels of retail and 200,000 square feet of space.
7th Street Apartments
7th Street Apartments has reached the 13th floor of the 43 story building as part of the Miami Worldcenter district.

Vice Under Construction
The 31 story rental apartment Vice in Downtown Miami has currently reached the 29th floor of construction and is only two floors away from topping out.
The parking garage is almost leveled off and on top will be the swimming pool.
Construction began in June 2016 and is expected to be completed in 2018.

Midtown 29 with Marlins Park in the Distance
Since topping off in February, both cranes have been removed from Midtown 29 and the glass is continuing to be installed on the building.
With 309 rental units, Midtown 29 will be completed by early 2018.

When we last looked at Hyde Midtown, the 32 story just topped out.
With 410 residential units and 60 hotel rooms, Hyde Midtown is expected to be completed before the end of the year.

Solitair Brickell
The 50 story Solitair Brickell has topped off, according to The Next Miami.
Located at 86 SW 8th Street across from the recently opened Brickell City Centre, Solitair Brickell will have 438 rental units with a fitness center and spa on the 9th floor. The 50th floor will have a resident lounge, entertainment kitchen, cafe, garden complex and rooftop pool.
Construction began in January 2015 with the demolition of the parking ramp and started going vertical February 2016. Construction is expected to be completed by November of this year.

Originally opened in 1930 and founded by Harvey Firestone, the Surf Club was designed by architect Russell Pancoast as a Mediterranean style villa located in Surfside, Florida. Over the years it was attended by the likes of Elizabeth Taylor, Winston Churchill and Frank Sinatra.
The property was purchased by Fort Capital in 2012 and transformed into three glass towers surrounded by the original restored clubhouse on 9 acres of property. There are two 12 story residential towers, the North Tower and South Tower, plus a Four Seasons Hotel with 80 rooms. The North Tower is expected to open next month while the South Tower is expected to open in sometime in August/September. The Four Seasons Hotel officially opened in March of this year.
