Echo Brickell Under Construction
The luxury condominium Echo Brickell, located at 1451 Brickell Avenue continues to grow taller and taller. The 57 story tower has now reached the 32nd floor of construction.
The windows and balconies are being installed quickly as each floor rises higher.
A year ago, the crane was being installed on the site and was preparing to go vertical.
Groundbreaking on Echo Brickell began in October 2014.

Melody Tower in Miami
After breaking ground in June 2014, Melody Tower is almost completed and will be ready to open to residents in May. The 36 story tower with 497 residential units is developed by Melo Group and topped out at the beginning of the year.

The Canvas Site Overlooking Downtown
Located at 1630 NE 1st Avenue in the Arts & Entertainment District of Miami is the 37 story Canvas Condominiums.
Canvas is being developed by Nir Shoshani and Ron Gottesmann of NR Investments. The building will have 513 residential units and prices will range from $350,000 to $600,000. The unit size will range from 610 to 1,110 square feet.
Groundbreaking on the project began earlier this year after initially planned in December 2015.
Hyde Midtown Under Construction
After breaking ground in September 2015, the 32 story Hyde Midtown is starting to go vertical.
The project is being developed by The Related Group and Dezer Development.

Eighty Seven Park Site
Located at 8701 Collins Avenue, Eighty Seven Park is a new luxury condominium on Miami Beach.
The condo is being developed by Terra Group who are also developing the under construction Grove at Grand Bay, Park Grove and the just recently completed Glass.
Eighty Seven Park was designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Renzo Piano. The building will be 18 stories with only 68 residential units ranging from 1 - 5 bedrooms. The square foot per unit will range from 1,400 to 7,000.
The building is expected to be completed in 2018.
The Miami Line Over The Miami River
The neon lights that used to light over The Miami River called "The Miami Line", may finally light again in the next few weeks, according to The Miami New Times.
The neon lights on the Metrorail tracks are the work of artist Rockne Krebs, who was commissioned in 1984 to produce the work for the Miami-Dade Art in Public Places Program. Initially, the lights only spanned 300 feet, but was later extended to 1,540 feet.
When "The Miami Line" first debuted, the city was not known for its lighting and that section of town was very inactive. Over the years, Miami/Brickell has grown to include many colorful buildings such as The Miami Tower and Brickell World Plaza, that only enhance the city, especially at night.

Hyde Beach Resort & Residences
Hyde Beach Resort & Residences has topped out since we last looked at the 41 story tower in Hallandale Beach in August.
Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails has since opened in the building next to the condo on the beach.
The balconies and windows are currently being installed on the lower floors.
