Echo Brickell has reached the 10th floor of construction on the 57 story luxury condominium. Windows have also been installed on two of the lower floors.

When we last looked at Monarc at Met 3 the building had just topped out at 32 stories. The crane has been removed and painting of the exterior nearly complete.

Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach has reached the 15th floor of construction with workers starting to add the 16th floor.
When we last looked, Jade Signature was just starting to go vertical on was on the second floor. The condo will be 57 stories.
Le Parc At Brickell Construction Photos

Le Parc at Brickell has added most of the windows to the 12 story condo and workers are almost done installing the glass on the balconies.
The condo topped out earlier this Summer and is located next to the Atton Hotels in West Brickell.
The project is expected to be completed in 2016.
A Look At Atton Hotels In Brickell
Atton Hotels in West Brickell
Since topping out earlier this Summer, the 12 story Atton Hotels in West Brickell at 1500 SW 1st Avenue is coming along quickly.
The crane has been removed and all the windows have been installed on the building. The hotel will have a gym, meeting space, Latin American restaurant and a rooftop pool and bar.
The hotel is expected to open by June 2016.

On Sunday November 1, Related Group and IgersMiami held an event where members on Instagram could photograph the views from the top of SLS Brickell. SLS Brickell has spectacular views of Brickell where you can see Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach and Fisher Island.
Construction began on the 52 story tower in early 2014 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. SLS Brickell will have 450 residential units, plus an SLS Hotel.
Docks Added At Island Gardens
Island Gardens
For over a year, work on Island Gardens consisted on building a new seawall and dredging 13 acres of Biscayne to make access for mega yachts. Now docks have been added to Island Gardens to create a super marina.
Earlier this Summer Miami Commissioners approved bring water and sewer service to the site.
