Maizon At Brickell Construction
When we last looked at Maizon At Brickell in early July, the tower portion was starting to rise on the South side of the 262 unit rental in West Brickell.
Construction has now reached the 18th floor and will top off at 24 stories. The building started going vertical at the beginning of this year.

Eighty Seven Park Almost to Top Off
The 18 story Eighty Seven Park in Surfside is about to officially top off in Surfside as construction reaches the top floor.
In July, the glass was being installed on the lower floors of the the Renzo Piano designed building and now it's almost halfway up.
Construction is expected to be completed early 2019.

Brickell Flatiron is getting closer to top off has it reaches the 53rd floor of construction and is only 11 floors away from topping off.
At the beginning of the year, construction was just reaching the 21st floor and almost a year ago construction was on the 15th floor parking garage.

Park Line Towers MiamiCentral
When we last looked at the Park Line Towers at MiamiCentral in early July, the North Tower was close to top off. The North Tower has now topped off at 30 stories while the South Tower will top off at 33 stories.
The North Tower started going vertical in November 2017.

After announcing plans November 2017, Galwan has applied with the FAA to start construction on a 41 story Wyndham Grand & TRYP Hotel located at 88 SW 10th in Brickell with a height of 480 feet in January 2019. There will be a total of 445 hotel rooms, 200 under Wyndham Grand and 245 under TRYP by Wyndham. Developed by Brazilian developer Galwan, the hotel will have 8 story parking garage, pool deck and rooftop restaurant. Construction is expected to be complete by the end of 2020.
A block East of the site, a 20 story CitizenM Hotel Brickell will also be coming on the Perricone's restaurant site.
CitizenM Hotel Brickell
A new rendering has been revealed on the CitizenM website of the new 20 story CitizenM Hotel Brickell on the Perricone's Restaurant site.
The 10,695 square foot Perricone's Restaurant lot was sold for $16 million in October 2017.
A previous rendering in June showed a different design. When completed, the CitizenM Hotel Brickell will have 252 hotel rooms and a rooftop restaurant.
CitizenM Hotels also announced that a 12 story hotel will be coming to the Miami Worldcenter site in the future.
Paramount Miami Worldcenter
The 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami continues to take shape after topping off earlier this month. A year ago, construction was just reaching the 19th floor.
Paramount Miami Worldcenter is the second tower to top off in the 27 acre Worldcenter complex after the almost completed Caoba Miami Worldcenter Apartments across the street.
At 641 feet and 569 residential units, Paramount is expected to be completed by early 2019.
