A 2.13 acre site at Miami Worldcenter called Block A is for sale, according to The Miami Herald.

The site located along Northeast First Avenue between 10th and 11th Streets is in the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter complex where the rental tower Caoba was completed at the beginning of the year and Paramount Miami Worldcenter was completed this Summer. The 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter is now under construction.

Block A has the potential for 1,700,000 square feet of development and up to 1,092 residential units.

Sapir Corp. along with partners CNMB International and G-Resources are looking to sell a 60,000 square foot site at 1768 Northeast Second Court in Edgewater, according to The Real Deal.

The site was purchased in June 2017 for $33 million after being in contract since July 2016 with the intention to build a 60 story and 40 story tower with 1,200 rental units and 350,000 square feet of office space.

The site is zoned for 1.4 million square feet of space with 735 residential units.

Sapir Corporation is developing the nearly completed 12 story Arte in Surfside.

Cavalier and Henrosa Hotels For Sale At A Combined $42M

The Cavalier Hotel located at 1320 Ocean Drive and Henrosa Hotel located at 1435 Collins Avenue are for sale for a combined $42 million, according to The Real Deal.

The hotels are being sold by Orlando J. Valdes for $25 million and $17 million. The Cavalier Hotel was built in 1936 and is 17,000 square feet while the 15,300 square foot Henrosa Hotel was built in 1935.

Midtown Miami Site Sold For $26.4M

3055 North Miami Avenue Site

A 4.6 acre site in Midtown Miami located at 3055 North Miami Avenue has sold for $26.4 million to Midtown Opportunities, according to The Real Deal.

The site was supposed to be the location of a Walmart when purchased back in 2014, but drew protests from the community.

A tower up to 36 stories is allowed by zoning for the site.

Urbanica Management LLC Purchases Miami Beach Site For $40M

6747 Collins Avenue Site In Red

Urbanica Management LLC has purchased a 1 acre site in Miami Beach located at 6747 Collins Avenue for $40 million, according to The SFBJ.

The vacant property was sold by China City Construction Company.

Urbanica Hotel plan on building a 20 story hotel with 200 rooms and beginning construction at the end of next year.

The Bentley Hotel On Ocean Drive Sold For $28M

The Bentley Hotel Ocean Drive

The Bentley Hotel located at 510 Ocean Drive has been sold for $28 million, according to The Real Deal.

The building was sold by JKR Bentley Holdings LLC and purchased by Ocean & 5th Commericial LLC.

The 3 story Art Deco style hotel was built in 1939 and designed by John & Coulton Skinner.

In 1980, there was a Sanchez Restaurant on the ground level that has now become a TGIF Friday’s Restaurant.

800 Brickell Office Building Sold For $126M

800 Brickell Office Tower

The 15 story office tower, 800 Brickell, has just sold for $126 million, according to The Daily Business Review.

The building was purchased by Gatsby Enterprise and sold by RREEF America. RREEF America purchased the building for $111.6 million in May 2015.

800 Brickell was built in 1981 and featured in an episode of Miami Vice.
