Beach House 8 on Collins Ave.
Beach House 8 has topped out since we last took a look at the end of April this year.
The building is located at 3651 Collins Avenue on located next to the beach and close proximity to South Beach.
The Arquitectonica designed building is still expected to be completed by the end of the year.
In 1930, the Surf Club was built in the Surfside neighborhood of Miami Beach and was frequented by many celebrities of the day. In 2012, the property was purchased by Fort Capitol with plans to incorporate the property into a Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences.

Construction at Panorama Tower is making headway since we last checked in in February.
The tower is currently on the 11th floor of the 85 story project. The bottom pedestal will have offices and a hotel that will reach the 19th floor before rising into 821 residential apartments that will include a restaurant /lounge on the 48th floor.
After topping off at the beginning of this year, 250 Wynwood is in the final stages of completion. All residential units are sold out.
The building incorporates colorful designs and patterns on the facade that fits in with the character of Wynwood.
The building is located down the street from Panther Coffee.
Brickell Ten in West Brickell
Brickell Ten has passed the halfway mark and is now on the 14th floor of the 22 story condo. Since we last updated on the project it was on the 6th floor.
Next to Brickell Ten is Broadstone Brickell, which is also under construction.

After starting construction in April of this year, a crane has been added to the site.
The 24 story building located is West Brickell within close proximity to I-95.
Icon Bay
Icon Bay had it's grand opening party on Friday June 26th. After starting construction in March 2013, the 42 story building is now officially complete. It is the second condo in the area to be finished after the completion of Bay House.
The Arquitectonica designed building and developed by The Related Group offers clear views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach.
Residents also have Icon Bay Park below the building.
