Fendi Château Residences located in Surfside is getting closer to completion. The 12 story luxury condominium will have 58 units.
The wavy balconies and pyramid like structure designed by Arquitectonica makes the Fendi Château Residences stand out among other buildings.
The project is being developed by Chateau Group and will be completed later this year.

Almost a year ago, Jade Signature was starting to go vertical and was on the 3rd floor.
The windows and glass balconies are being installed on the lower floors while the tower continues to rise. Painting of the exterior is also being done to the exterior units.

After breaking ground in June 2015, construction on 26 Edgewater is going vertical.
The 10 story condo located at 321 NE 26th Street is being developed by Stripey Development and will have only 86 residential units. 26 Edgewater will have 1-2 bedroom units ranging from 560 to 980 square feet. Prices start at $270,000 for a 1 bedroom unit.
26 Edgewater was designed by Modis Architects.
Construction on 2500 Biscayne
2500 Biscayne has topped out since we last looked in February, on the 20 story building located at 2500 Biscayne Boulevard.
The building will have 156 rental apartments and retail on the ground level of a restored mediterranean revival building that was built in 1923.
Alta Developers and Greystone Property Development are the developers of the building after purchasing the site for $10 million in April 2014.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the Summer.
1010 Brickell is currently on the 37th floor of the 50 story residential condo in Brickell. Construction has been moving quickly since we last looked at the project in January of this year.
1010 Brickell is rising on what used to be parking garage and is located right next to the Metromover station.

Brickell Flatiron had their ground breaking March 16th of this year on the 65 story Brickell condominium located at 1001 South Miami Avenue.
Since that time, foundation work has started on the site and the building should go vertical before the end of the year.
Brickell Flatiron is being developed by CMC Group and was designed by Luis Revuelta.

When we last looked at SLS Lux in January, construction was on the 10th floor. Now in June, the 58 story tower is on the 33rd floor and pass the halfway point of topping out.
Just a little over a year ago, SLS Lux was just about to do a foundation pour at the site.
Construction has started to go vertical on the amenities portion of the South side of the tower where the lap pool, cabanas and basket ball court will be.
