Panorama Tower at Dusk
Panorama Tower, soon to be Miami's tallest tower, is only 9 floors away from topping out at 85 stories. The building will reach a max height of 830 feet.

Echo Brickell Topped Out
The 57 story Echo Brickell officially tops off today after starting groundbreaking in October 2014.
The Carlos Ott designed building is being developed by Property Markets Group and JDS Development. Property Markets Group is also developing the under construction Muse Residences, which just recently topped off.

SLS Lux Brickell Mural
Since topping off in mid December 2016, SLS Lux Brickell is starting to get its colorful mural on the West side of the parking garage.
The mural, created by artist Fabián Burgos, is the same mural that is going along the base of the under construction Brickell Heights across the street.
The Arquitectonica designed building is expected to be completed by September of this year.

Jade Signature
Since topping off in October 2016, the Herzog & de Meuron designed Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach is taking shape.
Almost all of the windows and balconies are installed and the painting of the exterior is nearly complete.

Solitair Brickell
Solitair Brickell has reached the 38th floor and is only 10 floors away from topping out. When we last looked in November 2016, Solitair Brickell was on the 29th floor.
Almost a year ago, construction was starting on the parking ramp at the base of the building.
The windows and balconies are continuing to be installed and the exterior of the tower is being painted white.

Muse Residences Topped Off
Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach has topped out on Friday, January 20th at 51 stories and 659 feet after breaking ground in September 2015.
The Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects designed building has its full twist at the top portion of the tower that faces South, while the lower portion twists to the North.
With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences features a robotic parking garage.
Construction is expected to be completed by October/November of this year.

Avant at Met Square Construction
Avant at Met Square has reached the 28th floor of the 43 story building. When we last looked in October 2016, the building just reached the 15th floor.
The glass had been installed at the base of the building and is starting to go in at the lower portion of the residential tower.
Avent at Met Square will have a 19 screen movie theater and amenites include resort style pool, wellness center and dog salon.
The building is expected to be completed first quarter 2018.
