L'Atelier Miami Beach

After topping off in November 2017, L'Atelier Miami Beach is getting closer to completed by the end of the year. 

Much of the exterior has been painted since we last looked in June and the restoration of the original Golden Sands Hotel exterior is underway as the façade is being painted and windows have been installed. 

At 18 stories, L'Atelier was designed by Luis Revuelta and developed by SMG Development and W Capital Group.

First Glass Installed At The Melo Group Under Construction Art Plaza

Art Plaza

The first glass window has been installed at the rising quickly Art Plaza in the Arts & Entertainment district as the West Tower reaches the 9th floor and the East Tower reaches the 14th floor.

Foundation work began at the beginning of the year and started going vertical in March. At this pace, both towers should top off by the end of the year at 34 stories.

Art Plaza will have 667 apartment units and is located across the street from the recently completed Square Station.

Glass Installed at Renzo Piano's Eighty Seven Park - Construction Reaches 14th Floor

Eighty Seven Park Construction

The glass is now being installed on the lower floors of Eighty Seven Park as construction reaches the 14th floor of the 18 story luxury condominium in Surfside.

With only 64 residential units, Eighty Seven Park reached the 9th floor just early last month and should top off sometime in August.

Construction started going vertical in March of this year.

The Renzo Piano designed building is expected to be completed in early 2019.

The 31 story rental tower in Downtown Miami, X Miami, is now completed. 

Construction started to get underway in August 2016 and eventually topped off June 2017. 

WIth 464 units, X Miami features a social lounge, gym, theater and pool deck with a DJ booth and dance floor. X Miami is 40 precent pre leased.

Park Line Towers at MiamiCentral

The Park Line Towers at MiamiCentral continue to quickly rise in Downtown Miami since we last looked at the project in March.

The 30 story North Tower is getting close to topping off while the 33 story South Tower is nearing the halfway mark. A skybridge has been added that connects the two towers together.

Brickell Flatiron Reaches 46th Floor Of Construction (Photos & Video)

Brickell Flatiron continues to rise quickly as it gets closer to the the 64 floor top off.

Last month, construction reached the 42nd floor as the pace moves at a floor per week with top off anticipated by November/December of this year. A year ago, construction reached the 10th floor.
