The two tower 34 story Square Station with 710 apartments is now completed in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District. 

Prices range from 1 Bed/ 1 Bath $1600, 1 Bed/ 1 Bath + den $1650, 2 Bed/ 2 Bath $1930, 2 Bed/ 2 Bath + Den $2100, 3 Bed/ 2 Bath $2420. 

Developed by Melo Group, construction began October 2016 and topped off September 2017. 

Melo Group is also developing the under construction Art Plaza across the street, which recently reached the 8th floor.

Adler Group Reveals Plan For Miami Riverside Central site

Conceptual Plans For Miami Riverside Site

Adler Group has revealed conceptual plans to build an office tower and three other towers at the City of Miami's Miami Riverside Central site located at 444 SW 2nd Ave, according to Miami Today.

Designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, the site would have 36,177 square feet of ground floor retail, 100 public parking spaces and a landscaped public riverwalk. There would also be a 8,963-square foot hotel lobby, 35,145 square feet of amenity decks on three of the buildings and  13,087 square feet of office space. 

The Miami City Commission must approve a referendum for the November ballot that would would allow the City of Miami to approve a lease or sale to Adler Group in return for a new office building.

The Eastern portion of Cocowalk has begun demolition, where there used to be a Duffys Sport Grill and an abandoned Hooters Restaurant, to make way for a new 5 story class a office called One Cocowalk. The main rotunda, where the second level held a Fat Tuesdays is closed off and will eventually be demolished to create an open courtyard.

Cocowalk was purchased for $87.5 million in May 2015. The new Cocowalk was designed by Beame Architectural Partnership and Foreseer.

Site work has started on the two story Grove Bay Garage in Coconut Grove and workers begin clearing the land. Originally, three stories, the garage has been reduced to two floors, but will still have 333 parking spaces. 

After much delay, construction started on The Harbour in March after the demolition of the abandoned Chart House Restaurant that was on the site. 

New Tower Coming To Miami Arts & Entertainment District

J. Milton & Associates has applied to rezone a 1.7 acre site in the Arts & Entertainment District to build a tower with up to 550 units, according to The Real Deal.

The site was purchased for $7.3 million in January 2015 and is located between the nearly completed Canvas Condo and The Filling Station Lofts between NE 16 St and NE 17th St and NE Miami Pl and NE Miami Ct. 

Under current zoning, the developer can build up to 36 stories with 852 residential units, but only micro-units. Under new zoning they can build up to 550 units in the range of 750 - 1300 square feet.

Other buildings in the area include the nearly complete Square Station and the under construction Art Plaza.

Brickell Flatiron has reached the 42nd floor of construction, up from the 37th floor last month and up from the halfway mark of the 32nd floor in early April.

Developed by CMC Group, Brickell Flatiron is 75 percent sold.

Groundbreaking began on Brickell Flatiron March 2016 and is expected to be completed in June 2019. Once finished, the luxury condominium will rise 64 floors at 736 feet.
