AMLI Residential Midtown Miami
Construction is progressing at the 6.6 acre AMLI Residential Midtown Miami project with over 700 apartment units.
A year ago, construction was starting to go vertical on the site.

14th Street Tower Rendering
Another tower will be coming to the Arts & Entertainment district called 14th Street Tower, according to The SFBJ.
The 39 story tower located at 1441 North Miami Avenue will be developed by NR Investments who also developed the recently completed Canvas Condo and the building is being designed by Zyscovich Architects.
The building will have 543 residential units - including 231 micro sized units, 35,128 square feet of office space, 8,706 square feet of retail space and 452 parking spaces.
AMLI Residential Midtown Miami
The 6.6 acre AMLI Residential Midtown Miami site is taking shape since going vertical October 2018.
The 8 story South Tower has topped off with 208 units as well as the 14 story North Tower with 511 units.

Grand Station Site at 240 N Miami Ave
After initially being proposed in July 2017, site work has started at the 31 story Grand Station in Downtown Miami, according to Miami Today.
Fencing has gone up around the site and tree mitigation has commenced.
Grand Station will have an 8 story parking garage with 369 parking spaces and 300 apartment units.
MiamiCentral Station at NW 6th Street
MiamiCentral Station is getting closer to completion since we last looked at the project at the beginning of December 2017.
NW 6th Street is now open for traffic after being shut down for construction. The floor to ceiling glass encompasses all of the ground level as open air skylights are visible as you look up.
2 MiamiCentral, with 10 levels of office space at 190,000 square feet is also getting closet to completion over the North portion of MiamiCentral Station.

Construction on MiamiCentral is expected to be completed by the end of April with Brightline service to Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach starting soon after.
MiamiCentral Construction
MiamiCentral is starting to take shape in Downtown Miami, especially compared to how it looked a year ago in November 2016.
2 MiamiCentral is nearly completed and 3 MiamiCentral should be ready to open soon.
Brightline service is expected to begin first quarter 2018.

Park-Line Residences at MiamiCentral
Construction has started going vertical on the Park Line Residences at MiamiCentral since we last looked the project in July.
Park Line Residences consists of a North and South tower with a total of 816 multi family rental units. The North Tower will rise 30 stories and the South Tower will rise 33 stories. Park Line Residences is expected to be completed in 2019.
Meanwhile the 10 floor office tower 2 MiamiCentral is now completely enclosed and the crane removed from the building since September. 2 MiamiCentral will feature 190,000 square feet of office space.
3 MiamiCentral, with its newly added murals is almost completed and will be opening soon.
Construction is still going on the MiamiCentral station which will connect Downtown Miami with stops in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and eventually Orlando. The MiamiCentral station will connect Miami through the Metrorail, Metromover and Tri-Rail. This is what MiamiCentral looked like a year ago in November 2016.
