Glass Miami Beach
Glass on South Beach is progressing quickly and looks to be only a month or two before it is completed and ready for residents to move in.
Since we last looked at Glass in June, the film on all the glass has been removed and the landscaping in the front has been finished.
Groundbreaking began in August 2013.
Espirito Santo Plaza in Brickell
The Espirito Santo Plaza building in Brickell has sold for $142 million, according to The Real Deal.
The buyer is Dallas based Gaedeke Group, which purchased the building from Estoril Inc. The 36 story building located at 1395 Brickell Avenue in the Financial District was built in 2004.
Not included in the purchase is the Conrad Hotel, which is also up for sale and expected to sell for over $100 million.
Marea Miami Beach
In the South of Fifth district of Miami Beach, Marea appears to be completed and ready for occupancy.
The luxury condominium by The Related Group and designed by Sieger Suarez broke ground in October 2013.

The Bentley Residences Hotel
Located at 400 NE 35th Terrace a new tower has been announced called The Bentley Residences Hotel, which was previously called Satori.
The 32 story tower will have 207 residential units, 27 executive suites with 18 fully furnished penthouse suites. The Bentley will offer views of Biscayne Bay, South Beach, Midtown Miami and Downtown Miami. There will be a 5th floor pool along with a rooftop pool and a Pléthore and Balthazar restaurant on the 30th floor. Residents will have VIP access to The Hilton Bentley Beach Club on Ocean Drive.
The project is being developed by Canadian company Heafey Group and designed by architect Kobi Karp.
Costa Hollywood
A few blocks South of Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is the two six story condo/resort named Costa Hollywood.
The building has topped out since we last looked at it in February this year.
Rendering of Auberge Miami via The Next Miami
Renderings of Auberge Miami from The Related Group have been obtained by The Next Miami.
The project at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard is being designed by Arquitectonica that will be comprised of three towers with 1,430 residential units. Tower 1 and 2 will be 59 stories while tower 3 will be 49 stories.
The Related Group purchased the land last year in October 2014 for $57.3 million, which totals 2.8 acres.

Regatta Park in Coconut Grove
Regatta Park was initially supposed to be open on September 7, Labor Day, but the park is almost completed and should be ready for the public in the next few weeks.
The three story Dockmaster building is already open and offers great views of Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami and Coconut Grove from the top floor of the building. The old Dockmaster building, which used to be apart of Pan-Am is going to be demolished in the next week or so. The next phase for Regatta Park will be the revamp of the parking lot adjacent to the park on the East side.
