Brickell Ten in West Brickell
A year ago in September 2015, Brickell Ten had just topped out. Now the 22 story condo in West Brickell is getting closer to completion.
Since we last looked at Brickell Ten in April, the crane has been removed from the site and all the windows and balconies have been installed.
Brickell Ten is located next to Broadstone Brickell - a rental tower that will be opening soon. Brickell Ten should be open before the end of the year.

Broadstone Brickell
The 24 story Broadstone Brickell in West Brickell is getting closer to completion.
In March, the building topped out and since that time most of the exterior has been painted in a white and lime green color. Significant work has been done on the parking garage and the amenities deck.
In September 2015, Broadstone Brickell was just reaching the 7th floor of construction.
Broadstone Brickell is expected to be open before the end of the year.

Fendi Château Residences
The 12 story Fendi Château Residences located at 9365 Collins Avenue in Surfside is nearly complete.
The luxury condominium with only 58 units was developed by Chateau Group and was designed by Arquitectonica.

L'Atelier Miami Beach
At 6901 Collins Avenue, a 18 story 20 unit luxury condominium called L'Atelier Miami Beach is planned.
L'Atelier will be developed by SMG Development and W Capital Group and designed by Luis Revuelta who has also designed Brickell Flatiron, Atton Hotels Brickell and the proposed 70 story condo and the Miami River.
The condo will be built on the site of the Golden Sands Hotel, which was built in 1951, but partially demolished for the new project. L'Atelier will incorporate the existing three story façade into the design of the new building.
Prices start at $3 million for a 2,300 square foot unit to $25 million for a 8,000 square foot penthouse unit.
Located at 6445 NE 7th Ave, The American Legion's Harvey Seeds Post 29 building was built in 1966 and named after the first Miami soldier killed in World War I. The building was used for war veterans for events and gatherings.
In later years, a room in the back of the building was used as a bar called Harvey's By The Bay and the parking lot was used for Thursday's on the Bay Food Truck Roundup.

A rendering of Midtown 6 and Midtown 7 have been revealed by The Next Miami.
The proposed apartment buildings called Midtown 6 and Midtown 7. Midtown 6 will have 447 units, 39,718 square feet of retail and 601 parking spaces while Midtown 7 will have 391 units, 30,709 square feet of retail and 505 parking spaces.
Both buildings will be located to the South of the under construction Midtown 5, which will be completed before the end of the year.
Midtown 5, Midtown 6 and Midtown 7 are being developed by Magellan Development Group based in Chicago. BKL Architecture is the designing Midtown 6 and 7.
