Demolition at 830 Brickell
Demolition has begun on the Latin American Kitchen building at the 830 Brickell site at 830 SE 1st Ave in Brickell.
830 Brickell is owned by OKO Group where they plan on building a 712 foot luxury condo.
The Chicken Kitchen, also on the site, is still open for business.
Muse Residences on Collins Avenue
The 51 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles is getting closer to completion.
Designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects, the twisting tower topped off a year ago.
With only 68 residences, Muse Residences is being developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences
Located at 18501 Collins Avenue, the Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is starting to go vertical in Sunny Isles Beach.
The 650 foot, 54 story tower will have 154 residential units.
Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is being developed by Turnberry Associates, which received a $259 million construction loan in June 2017. Carlos Zapata is the architect.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
Nautilus South Beach on Collins Ave
The Nautilus South Beach is listed for sale and could fetch up to $180 million, according to The Real Deal.
Built in 1950 in the style of Miami Modern (MiMo), the Nautilus Hotel was designed by famed architect Morris Lapidus. In 1985, the named was changed to Riande Continental Hotel under new ownership.
The current owner, Quadrum Global, purchased the property in April 2011 for $61 million where it underwent extensive renovation and converted the name back to Nautilus Hotel.
Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach
Jade Signature, the 57 story tower located in Sunny Isles Beach is getting closer to completion.
Construction began in late 2014 and topped off in October 2016.
Jade Signature is being developed by Fortune International Group and designed by Herzog & de Meuron with landscaping by Raymond Jungles.

Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach
Located 15701 Collins Ave, the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach is starting to take shape and has reached the 24th floor of construction.
Groundbreaking began on the the 52 story Ritz-Carlton Residences with 212 residential units in June 2016.
The tower is being developed by Fortune International Group and Château Group. Arquitectonica is the architect on the project.
Construction is expected to be completed early 2019.
Art Plaza Site
After receiving approval from Miami's Urban Development Review Board in December 2017, foundation work has begun at Art Plaza.
Art Plaza will be two towers at 34 stories, 667 rental units and 15,000 square feet of commercial space.
The project is being developed by Melo Group and they are also building Aria on the Bay, which is opening in March and the under construction Square Station across the street.
