Midtown 6 Construction
Since topping off at the beginning of the year, the cranes at the 32 story Midtown 6 have been removed from the site.
Most of the windows have been installed on the building with exterior painting starting on the bottom portion of the building.
With 447 rental units, Midtown 6 is expected to be completed before the end of the year.

Midtown 8
The 28 story Midtown 8 is almost ready to be open in Midtown Miami as all the exterior work appears to be finished and the landscaping in place.
The building topped off April 2018 and started going vertical July 2017.
Midtown 8 was designed by Stantec and developed by Wood Partners. The apartment building will have 387 apartment units and 29,549 square feet of retail.

TBT (April 9, 2015) - Four years ago Brickell City Centre was under construction with all three towers, Rise, Reach and the East Hotel all topped off at this point. 8 cranes were surrounding the building and would eventually be completed in the Fall of 2016.
Brickell City Centre will be expanding just North of the current site with a 54 story tower and a 62 story tower. Construction is expected to start in 2020.
In September 2014, we previewed our first set of Brickell City Centre Day & Night photos and since our last overall update in January the project can be visible for miles in all directions around the city.
All three towers have topped out and most of the windows have been installed with work being done to add the balcony enclosures.
The project is still on pace to be completed by the end of 2015.

AMLI Residential Midtown Miami
Since going vertical October 2018, AMLI Residential’s Midtown Miami apartment, spread out over 6.6 acres is taking form.
The South Tower will have 215 apartment units and the North Tower will have 485 apartments units.

Maizon at Brickell
At 24 stories, Maizon at Brickell is getting closer to completion since topping off in November 2018.
The crane has been removed from the site and most of the building exterior has been painted. The ZOM Living developed building was designed by MSA Architects and will have 262 rental units.

Megacenter Brickell Under Construction
The 12 story Megacenter Brickell is starting to take shape after beginning construction September 2018.
Megacenter Brickell will have 74,790 square feet of storage space, 57 residential units, 16,670 square feet of office space, 9,134 square feet of retail and 111 parking spaces.
Mr. C Hotel Coconut Grove
The Mr. C Hotel Coconut Grove is expected to open today after beginning construction in the Summer of 2017.
The 5 story hotel has a rooftop pool overlooking Biscayne Bay and Coconut Grove along with a rooftop restaurant.
