The 12 story Megacenter Brickell is getting close to top off as construction progresses quickly since we last looked two months ago.
Construction began September 2018 and should be completed by the end of the year.

Grove Bay Parking Garage
Glass is now being installed at the two story Grove Bay Parking Garage in Coconut Grove where the ground level retail will be.
Construction on the garage began a year ago and was expected to be completed this Spring after delays.
The Grove Bay Parking Garage is part of the Regatta Harbour development where the Chart House restaurant used to be.
Construction Begins At SkyRise Miami - Soon To Be Tallest Building In Miami

Construction has started at SkyRise Miami in Bayfront Park that will rise 1,000 feet and surpass Panorama Tower as the tallest building in Miami.
Skyrise Miami is being developed by Berkowitz Development Group and designed by Arquitectonica.
When completed, the tower will have an indoor drop tower style ride at 95 mph, 5 observation decks, a 55-mph base-jumping experience, a zero-gravity tunnel, a transparent slide, a transparent deck at 866 feet and a skywalk at 908 feet.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2023.
One Park Grove Construction Photos
The Three Towers of Park Grove
The last, and final tower at Park Grove, One Park Grove is taking shape since it topped off at the beginning of March.
One of the cranes has been removed from the building and the final crane will probably be taken down in the next month or so.
Construction started on One Park Grove in March 2018 after the Coconut Grove Bank was demolished in October 2017.
The OMA designed Park Grove should be completed by the end of 2019.

Crane Removed At Brickell Flatiron
Brickell Flatiron Construction
The first crane at the 64 story Brickell Flatiron was removed at the end of March and now the second crane has been taken down this past week giving a clean look at the building.
A year ago, construction reached the 42nd floor before eventually topping off in February of this year.
Brickell Flatiron is expected to be completed Summer 2019.

TBT (June 5, 2015) - An aerial video of Brickell and Brickell Key 4 years ago and in that short time the skyline of Miami has changed. Brickell City Centre was under construction and construction was just starting on Brickell Heights, SLS Lux Brickell and Panorama Tower.
