Downtown 5th Construction
The under construction two tower Downtown 5th is close to topping off as the East Tower has reached the 47th floor before topping off at 53 stories. The West Tower is about 7 floors behind, but will top off at 53 stories as well.
Construction began in February of this year and both tower should be topped off before the end of 2020 with both towers opening early 2021.

The Estates at Acqualina Under Construction
The Estates at Acqualina North Tower has reached the 36th floor of construction before topping out at 50 stories and 667 feet.
Construction started going vertical on the North Tower almost a year ago in October 2019, while the 50 story South Tower topped off in May of this year.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences
The 54 story Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is nearly completed after starting to go vertical in January 2018.
The Carlos Zapata designed building topped off in October 2019.

The 4 story Ten30 South has reached the second floor and is halfway to top off. The building will have 43 residential units starting at $400,000 and is being developed by Shoma Group.
The Estates at Acqualina Construction
The North Tower at The Estates at Acqualina is rising quickly and should be topped off before the end of the year as construction reaches the 33rd floor. A year ago, the foundation pour was about to start on the tower.
The South Tower topped off last month at 50 stories and 646 feet. The North Tower will be slightly taller at 667 feet.
