Echo Brickell
Echo Brickell is rising taller on Brickell Avenue and is currently on the 48th floor. The luxury condominium will top out at 57 stories.
A year ago, construction just reached the 10th floor. The building is starting to curve in at the top and is making an immediate presence on the Brickell skyline.
Echo Brickell should top out by early next year.

Brickell Heights
The two towers at Brickell Heights are scheduled to be completed at the end of January 2017.
More progress is being made on the colorful external mural on the façade of the parking garage being done by artist Fabián Burgos.
Brickell Heights will have a rooftop pool on both the East and West towers. There will also be a three floor, 30,000 square foot Equinox along with a SoulCycle.

One Thousand Museum
The under construction 62 story One Thousand Museum in Miami has reached the 25th floor. When we last looked at the project in August construction had reached the 15th floor.
The glass fiber reinforced concrete panels are starting to be installed on the exoskeleton of the building. More windows are starting to be installed on the lower portion of the tower.
Construction will be completed in 2018.

Solitair Brickell
When we last looked at Solitair Brickell in August, the building was on the 18th floor. The 48 story rental is now on the 29th floor.
Solitair Brickell will have 438 rental units and the building is inspired by the medjool palm tree. The balconies are being installed on the lower floors as painting on the exterior has begun.

Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach
Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach has reached the 41st floor and is only six floors away from topping out at 47 stories.
The twist at the upper portion of the Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez designed building is more apparent in the latest photos.
With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences is should top out before the end of the year and be completed by the end of 2017.

Biscayne Beach in Edgewater
Biscayne Beach located in the Edgewater district of Miami nearly has all the windows and balconies installed on the 51 story condominium.
A year ago, construction had just reached the 31st floor before eventually topping out in May 2016.

When we last looked at construction on Paraiso Bay, the 55 story condo was about to top off. Since that time, all the windows and balconies are nearly installed with only 4 more floors remaining.
Construction on Gran Paraiso has reached the 12th floor and has changed significantly since we looked in May. Progress is being made on the amenities deck, which will be shared with residents of Paraiso Bay. Below the amenities deck are the Bay Homes that will have 4 different levels including a rooftop deck with a spa.
