1010 Brickell Under Construction
After building the parking garage, construction has started on the residential floors of 1010 Brickell.
The 50 story condo was designed by Sieger Suarez and developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International.

Brickell Heights Rising High
Brickell Heights is rising taller by the month, especially since we last looked in August of 2015. Each tower is at approximately the 35th floor and expected to top out at 49 floors.

Palazzo Della Luna on Fisher Island
Construction has started on Palazzo Della Luna on Fisher Island. The 10 story residential building will have 47 units and is located next to Palazzo Del Sol, which topped off in November 2014 and is nearly complete. Both Palazzo Del Sol and Palazzo Della Luna are designed by architect Kobi Karp.
Access to the island is only assessable by ferry from Miami Beach.
A Look At The Paraiso Construction In Edgewater
The Paraiso Compound in Edgewater
Construction at the Paraiso development in the Edgewater district of Miami is going quickly. Paraiso Bay is rising taller since we last looked in September 2015, while construction has started on the towers surrounding the building.
Groundbreaking for Paraiso Bayviews started in August 2015, while construction has started on One Paraiso. The final building in the development is Gran Paraiso, which is slated for groundbreaking in the first quarter of 2016.
The Paraiso development is headed by Related Group with Arquitectonica as the architect. Interior design is by Piero Lissoni while Karim Rashid is doing interiors for Paraiso Bayviews. Enzo Enea is doing landscape. The development will also have a Michael Schwartz restaurant on the water called Paraiso Beach Club.
One Thousand Museum Reaches 5th Floor
After starting groundbreaking in December 2014 and having the concrete pour in August 2015, One Thousand Museum is on its way going vertical and has reached the 5th floor of construction. The base of the exoskeleton is starting to take shape and is visible.

Melody Miami Reaches 36 Floors
Melody Miami has topped out at 36 floors after previously reaching the 30th floor in October 2015.
The residential condo is being developed by Melo Group and Melody will have 497 units with 8,500 square feet of retail.

The Crimson Nearly Complete
The Crimson in Edgewater
Since topping off a year ago, The Crimson is almost complete on the 90 unit residential condo in Edgewater.
The 18 story building is located between the recently finishing Icon Bay and Bay House.
