Bay House Under Construction In Edgewater
Almost close to "topping out," Bay House is rising fast since our last update.
The condo developed by Melo Group will reach 36 stories and 361 feet. Bay House is one of the many condos under under construction is the emerging Edgewater district.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2014.
Frost Museum of Science Next to Biscayne Bay
Since our last update two months ago, the Frost Museum of Science is steadily taking shape.
They have started to add the outside facade to the building and you can get a better idea of what the finish product will look like.
The museum is expected to open in 2015.
SLS Construction Site
Since our last update, construction has been moving fast on the SLS Brickell.
They are in the process of putting on the sixth floor of the 52 story building.
Construction is expected to be completed by 2016.
The Bond at Brickell Construction Site
Breaking ground in January 2014, The Bond at Brickell is a 44 floor residential condo with a height of 491 feet. It will have 323 units.
The Bond at Brickell is located across from 1100 Millecento and the soon to be developed Flatiron Condo.
The building is being developed by Rilea Group and the contractor is Coastal Construction.
Construction is expected to be completed by early 2016.
Located in the heart of South of Fifth, developer Russell Galbut is building an incredible family residence.
The 17,000 square foot residence will be above Menin Hospitality's Radio Bar and Red Ginger Restaurant. It will have a rooftop terrace, infinity pool and racquetball court, but the most amazing feature will be the robotic parking garage.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
Construction On Grove at Grand Bay In Coconut Grove
Grove at Grand Bay spiraling towers are becoming more pronounced as construction continues on the site.
In our construction photos two months ago, the towers were at a height of four floors. Now, they are almost eight floors up.
The columns are more apparent as they line around the towers and begin to twist as they rise up.
Grove at Grand Bay will offer spectacular views of Biscayne Bay, Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne.
Walkway Over 7th Street
Workers have added a walkway between the retail shops of Brickell City Centre.
The walkway is located directly over 7th Street and connects the condo Reach Brickell City Centre with Hotel East of Brickell City Centre.
