View From The Top Of SLS Brickell

On Sunday November 1, Related Group and IgersMiami held an event where members on Instagram could photograph the views from the top of SLS Brickell. SLS Brickell has spectacular views of Brickell where you can see Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach and Fisher Island.

Construction began on the 52 story tower in early 2014 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. SLS Brickell will have 450 residential units, plus an SLS Hotel.

Docks Added At Island Gardens

For over a year, work on Island Gardens consisted on building a new seawall and dredging 13 acres of Biscayne to make access for mega yachts. Now docks have been added to Island Gardens to create a super marina.

Earlier this Summer Miami Commissioners approved bring water and sewer service to the site.

Biscayne Beach Reaches 31st Floor Photos

Biscayne Beach is on the 31st floor of the 51 story tower with workers prepping for the 32nd floor. Windows are starting to be installed on the lower floors.

Centro Construction Update With Photos

Centro Miami has topped out since we last looked at the condo tower in June. The exterior of the building has started to get painted white and windows are being installed.

Melody By Melo Group Reaches 30th Floor

In the Arts and Entertainment district of Miami, Melody by Melo Group is rising very fast. When we last updated in June, the building was on the 9th floor and construction is currently starting on the 30th floor.

SLS Brickell On Its Way To Topping Out

SLS Brickell is close to topping out on the 599 foot tower. Last night Related Group had the top brokers on the project on the 50th floor of the building.

Just 14 months ago, the building started going vertical. Construction on the Arquitectonica designed building is expected to be completed in 2016.

Faena District Construction Moving Quickly

In Miami Beach, The Faena District is progressing quickly. Units at Faena House have begun closing including a the penthouse unit, which was sold for a record $60 million to a billionaire Hedge Fund CEO.

Faena Forum is also moving along quickly since we last looked in July and construction has started on Faena Bazaar and Faena Park.
