Lincoln Road Rendering
In April 2015, it was revealed that the City of Miami Beach contacted James Corner Field Ops - the same firm behind New York's High Line - to make changes to Lincoln Road. Those changes have finally arrived.

Bond at Brickell
Since we last looked at Bond at Brickell, the building has topped out on the 44 story building.
Construction is expected to be completed in early 2016.
2500 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater
Construction has begun on 2500 Biscayne Boulevard in the Edgewater district. The site will be 20 stories and have 156 rental apartments, according to Curbed Miami.
Part of the construction will be the restoration of a Mediterranean Revival building built in 1923, which is being designed by architect Behar Font & Partners.
The lot was purchased in April 2014 for $10 million and is being developed by Alta Developers and Greystone Property Development.
Construction is expected to be completed by August 2016.
Broadstone Brickell in West Brickell
Construction on Broadstone Brickell has reached the 7th floor with workers in the process of building the 8th floor.
The 24 story building is going up pretty quickly since we last checked in. Construction on the parking garage on the North side of the lot is in the process of going vertical.

Block Owned By Miami Sunrise Properties in Red
Miami Sunrise Properties purchased two properties in Edgewater between NE 33rd and NE 34th St for $4 million, according to The Real Deal. This gives them the entire block except for one building at 440 NE 34th Street.
In September 2014, Jose Alfonso Assumpçao of Miami Sunrise Properties purchased The Wendy's on that lot at 3333 Biscayne Boulevard for $12.5 million.
In 2013 Assumpçao purchased land in West Brickell for $13 million and ended up flipping it in 2014 for $20 million. Construction on Broadstone Brickell is now rising on that land.
Friday September 25 was the groundbreaking for Hyde Midtown Suites and Residences. In attendance from The Related Group was CEO Jorge Pérez, COO Matthew Allen, President of Condo Development Carlos Rosso and Project Manager Javier Cuadros. Also in attendance from Dezer Development was Founder Michael Dezer and President Gil Dezer.
