Construction has continued at The Surf Club - Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences since we last looked in October 2015. The crane has been removed from the South Tower and windows are being installed.

District 36 has topped out since we last looked in November 2015 on the mixed use building. Windows are almost completed installed and painting on the exterior has begun.

Construction on 3 MiamiCentral and MiamiCentral in Downtown Miami

A crane has been installed at All Aboard Florida's 3 MiamiCentral and is in the process of going vertical.3 MiamiCentral is located at 160 NW 7th St in Overtown and will have 130,157 square feet of retail, office and commercial space and 1,114 parking spaces.

On the East side of the Metrorail tracks construction is also happening on MiamiCentral. Recent construction photos of MiamiCentral can be viewed here.

After purchasing the Epic East site in July 2014 for $125 million, demolition has begun on the former Epic Sales Center.

The 1.25 acre site was purchased by Riverwalk East Development, led by Alfredo Coto.

The Next Miami reports plans will be submitted soon for a new condo tower.

Fendi Château Residences Construction Updates

Fendi Château Residences

Since we last looked at Fendi Château Residences in October 2015, two cranes have been removed from the site.

The 12 story building had their groundbreaking February 2014 and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
