The recently completed Beach House 8 located at 3651 Collins Avenue on Miami Beach has seen some activity on the market.

A sixth floor unit sold for $7.5 million that has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

The penthouse of the 10 story building was purchased for $14 million by Brazilian businessman Mario Garnero, but he trying to flip the unit and has it listed for $21.9 million, according to The Real Deal.

Beach House 8 was developed by Morabito Properties and CMC Group. Arquitectonica was the architect.

SLS Brickell - Day & Night Photos

Last month, the lights of the SLS Brickell began lightning the entire building at night, which can be seen driving along the Rickenbacker Causeway or I-95. Construction is on schedule and the building is scheduled to open October 3rd of this year. Previous construction photos can be viewed here.

Solitair Brickell Reaches 18th Floor

The under construction Solitair Brickell is starting to look more like its renderings. The serrated balconies are becoming more apparent as the building has reached the 18th floor.

Solitair Brickell is being developed by ZOM and was designed by Stantec. The look of the building is inspired by the medjool palm tree.

Fortune International Group being one of the first Miami developers to take advantage of the recently relaxed condo marketing rules implemented by the state of New York. Leading the charge in the Hamptons, the developer transported guests of a Hamptons Magazine’s cover party and Dancers for Good charity event to the shores of Sunny Isles Beach via virtual reality technology of Jade Signature. Partygoers were able to experience virtual tours of the property’s $14.2 million Sky Villas, which feature floor-to-ceiling windows, unobstructed views and expansive outdoor terraces. Using the high-tech goggles, celebrities like Norma Kamali and Bebe Neuwirth were able to move through the the sprawling 6,735 square foot space and get a feel for the stunning architecture by Pritzker Prize award-winning firm Herzog & de Meuron

Closings Begin At Bond On Brickell

Bond on Brickell has now received its temporary certificate of occupancy and can now being closings on the 44 story building.

Groundbreaking began in January of 2014 and started going vertical in August 2014.

Echo Brickell Construction Photos

Echo Brickell is getting taller every month and was previously on the 32nd floor when we last looked earlier in May. The 57 story luxury condominium is now on the 41st floor.

Echo Brickell was designed by Carlos Ott and is being developed by Property Markets Group who also have the under construction 300 Biscayne Rentals in Downtown Miami.

The tower should be topped out by the end of the year.

Cranes Removed At Brickell Heights

A week ago, the crane at the West Tower of Brickell Heights was removed. This past weekend the crane at the East Tower was in the process of being taken down at the site.

Construction is moving quickly on the two towers with 690 residential units when comparing to just two and half months ago. The painting on all exterior balconies are only a few floors away from being completed and the windows are nearly installed on all the penthouse units, completely enclosing the buildings.

Brickell Heights is 99% sold out with only 6 units remaining. The project is expected to be completed by early 2017.
