Square Station Location in Red
Construction has started on Square Station, which is located in the Arts & Entertainment district of Miami. It is next to first stop on the the Northern point of the Metromover station with goes through Downtown Miami and Brickell.
Square Station, developed by Melo Group, will consist of two rental towers at 34 stories and 710 units.
Construction is expected to be completed by 2018.
A super yacht facility will be coming to Terminal Island called One Island Park.
The facility will be operated and managed by BWA Yachting.
Another marina for super yachts recently opened further West from Terminal Island called Island Gardens.
300 Biscayne Rentals
After breaking ground and starting construction earlier this Summer, 300 Biscayne Rentals is starting to go vertical in Downtown Miami.
The 31 story building is currently on the second floor of construction.
3 Miami Central Construction
After previously reaching the 8th floor of construction in July, 3 Miami Central is close to topping out the 12 story office building.
The windows are currently being installed on the lower portion of the building.

The Completed SLS Brickell
After breaking ground in early 2014, the 52 story SLS Brickell is now officially open.
Located at 1300 South Miami Avenue, SLS Brickell has 450 residential units and an SLS hotel. There is a rooftop pool that offers stunning views of the city.
The Arquitectonica designed building has lights on the edge of the balconies that illuminate the skyline at night.

Office in the Grove Building
A demolition permit has been filed for an office building located at 2699 S. Bayshore Dr. in Coconut Grove, according to The Coconut Grove Grapevine.
The nine story building was built in 1972 and was designed by architect Kenneth Treister. The building is on a lot size of 50,606 square feet and was purchased by Mast Capital in April 2014 for $29.5 million.
There has been recent growth in Coconut Grove with the completion of Grove at Grand Bay and the current construction of Park Grove across the street.
