X Miami in Downtown Miami
X Miami in Downtown Miami is getting ready for a Fall opening as exterior work continues on the building.
At 31 stories, X Miami will have 464 rental units with prices starting at $1,200.

Muze at Met Square
The under construction 43 story Muze at Met Square is getting closer to completion since we last looked in November 2017.
Originally called Avant at Met Square, the name has changed to Muze at Met Square.
With 391 rental apartments in Downtown Miami, Muze will also have SilverSpot movie theater in the building along with restaurants and retail.
Construction started August 2015 and topped off June 2017.

251 Flagler Street Site
A 2.52 acre site located located at 251 Flagler Street in Downtown Miami is being listed for sale at $125 million.
The site was originally listed in April 2015 as Sky Plaza, but never sold.
The site, now called Flagler City Center, is approved by the FAA for a 1,010 foot tower with 2500 residential units at 4 million square feet.
Unit at Babylon Apartments
The Babylon Apartments in Brickell located 240 SE 14th Street was approved to be demolished earlier this year and demolition has started as the building has been fenced off.
Built in 1982 and with only 15 apartments, the Babylon Apartments were designed by Arquitectonica as a 5 story building with a folded ziggurat façade. Over the years, the single family homes surrounding the building have been demolished and replaced with high rise condominiums. Plans have not been revealed, but once the Babylon Apartments are demolished another high rise building will most likely rise in its place.

100 East Flagler Building
Moishe Mana has purchased 25,600 square feet of office space at 100 East Flagler for $4.75 million, according to The Real Deal.
The office space is located on floors 2,3,8 and 9, to go also with the two story penthouse office space in the building purchased in 2016 for $1.7 million.
Mana purchased a 6,000 square foot lot in at 30 East Flagler for $4 million in June 2016.
MiamiCentral Station at NW 6th Street
MiamiCentral Station is getting closer to completion since we last looked at the project at the beginning of December 2017.
NW 6th Street is now open for traffic after being shut down for construction. The floor to ceiling glass encompasses all of the ground level as open air skylights are visible as you look up.
2 MiamiCentral, with 10 levels of office space at 190,000 square feet is also getting closet to completion over the North portion of MiamiCentral Station.

Construction on MiamiCentral is expected to be completed by the end of April with Brightline service to Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach starting soon after.
ParkLine Residences Over MiamiCentral
Both the North and South Towers at ParkLine Residences continue to rise over the MiamiCentral Station in Downtown Miami after starting to go vertical in November 2017.
With a total of 816 multi family rental units, the North Tower will rise 30 stories and the South Tower will reach 33 stories.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
