Brickell Flatiron Reaches 37th Floor Of Construction

Brickell Flatiron has reached the 37th floor of construction after passing the halfway mark early last month in April. 

A year ago, Brickell Flatiron was starting to go vertical and the building was taking shape.

Construction is expected to be completed June 2019.

Aria on the Bay

The 53 story Aria on the Bay is now completed and closings have begun on the building. 

With 648 residential units, Aria on the Bay topped off in March 2017 and started going vertical November 2015.

A Look At The New Paradise Plaza In The Design District

Opening in December 2017 in time for Art Basel, Paradise Plaza is part of the growing expansion of the Design District that started with the addition of Palm Court.

Located along NE 41st street and next to the recently opened Museum Garage, Paradise Plaza features the work of Freeland Buck and stores such as Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana. 

Restaurants such as L’Atelier, La Boutique, Le Sushi, Le Bar, Ember and Kaido will be opening sometime this year.

After purchasing a 45,433 square foot lot in Downtown Miami for $10 million, plans have been revealed by Melo Group for the new project - Downtown 5th.

Downtown 5th will be two luxury apartment towers at approximately 50 stories. 

Melo Group has been active in the Arts & Entertainment district with Melody Tower, the near completed Square Station and the under construction Art Plaza. Aria on the Bay in Edgewater recently began closings.

The Downtown 5th lot is located next to The Sterling, which was purchased by Okan Group for  $18.1 million in March 2017.

The 7 story Museum Garage in the Design District that can hold up to 800 cars is nearly completed and ready to open any day now. 

When we first looked at the project in February 2018, most of the outside façade was completed with a few additions since then.

Museum Garage was curated by Terence Riley K/R Architects and featuring the work of WORKac - "Ant Farm", J. MAYER H. - "XOX - (Hugs & Kisses), Clavel Arquitectos - "Urban Jam" and Nicolas Buffe - "Serious Play". 

Museum Garage is the second garage to be built in the area after City View Garage in 2015.
