Muse Residences Now Complete

The 50 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is now completed and buyers have begun closing units. 

Developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development, Muse Residences broke ground in September 2015 and topped off January 2017 with spectacular ocean views and views of Sunny Isles Beach and Downtown Miami. 

With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences was designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suerez Architects.

The 5 story office building, The Optimum in Coconut Grove has topped off at 5 stories with the ceremonial palm tree placed on top of the building. 

When we last looked, The Optimum just reached the 4th floor of construction. The building started going vertical in December 2017.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Located at 243 NE 3rd St in Downtown Miami, X Miami is getting closer to a Summer opening.

As the finishing touches are being added to the 31 story rental tower, murals by artist Sammy Slabbinck are staring to go up on the parking garage, starting with the Eastern side.

Developed by Property Markets Group, X Miami topped off June 2017 and will have 464 micro units.

Coconut Grove Engle Building Hotel To Be Branded Mr. C Hotel

Previously known as the Engle Building Hotel, the 98 room hotel in Coconut Grove is now branded as Mr. C Hotel, according to The Real Deal.

The 5 story Mr. C Hotel will be operated by the Cipriani Family.

Construction began a year ago and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Sabadell Financial Center In Brickell Sold For $250M

Sabadell Financial Center

The 30 story Sabadell Financial Center in Brickell has been sold for $250 million, according to The Real Deal.

The building was purchased by Parkway Properties and KKR and the seller is  Prudential Real Estate Investors.

The building was built in 2000 along with the neighboring JW Marriott hotel and is located next to the tallest building in Miami - Panorama Tower.

The Sabadell Financial Center will be renamed 1111 Brickell.

MRR Development Purchases Edgewater Site For $30M

MRR Development has purchased a 1.42 acre Edgewater site located between NE 2nd Ave and NE 2nd Ct, according to The Real Deal.

The site allows for up to 1.9 million square feet for a building. Currently on the site is a Price Choice Supermarket and a Learning Nest Preschool.

The assemblage is located one block North of where Sapir Corporation purchased nearly a block of land for $33 million with plans to build a 60 story tower and a 40 story tower.

The two tower 34 story Square Station with 710 apartments is now completed in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District. 

Prices range from 1 Bed/ 1 Bath $1600, 1 Bed/ 1 Bath + den $1650, 2 Bed/ 2 Bath $1930, 2 Bed/ 2 Bath + Den $2100, 3 Bed/ 2 Bath $2420. 

Developed by Melo Group, construction began October 2016 and topped off September 2017. 

Melo Group is also developing the under construction Art Plaza across the street, which recently reached the 8th floor.
