Gran Paraiso in Edgewater
After breaking ground earlier this year, Gran Paraiso has reached the 4th floor of construction.
The 53 story tower is expected to top off at the end of the year and be completed in 2017.

One Thousand Museum
One Thousand Museum is starting to grow taller since we last looked at the site in January.
The amenities deck is now visible and the tower has reached the 11th floor. The exoskeleton is more visible as construction continues.

One Paraiso Reaches 9th Floor
Construction on One Paraiso in the Edgewater district has reached the 9th floor.
The 53 story condominium will have 276 residential units and is located on the edge of Biscayne Bay.
The building is developed by The Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica. Interior designs are by Piero Lissoni.

Solitair Brickell Taking Shape
Solitair Brickell
After going vertical at the beginning of the year, Solitaire Brickell is now on the 8th floor of construction.
The angled windows are being installed on the lower floors of the building before construction reaches the amenities deck.
The 48 story luxury rental apartment, located at 86 SW 8th St., is across the street from Brickell City Centre and next to Brickell Heights.

Biscayne Beach About To Top Off
Biscayne Beach in Edgewater
Since we last looked at Biscayne Beach in October 2015, the tower was on the 32nd floor of construction.
After starting groundbreaking in April 2014, the 51 story condominium in Edgewater is about to top off.
Biscayne Beach is being developed by GTIS Partners and Eastview Development. The architect is WHLC Architecture.

SLS Brickell Construction Photos
SLS Brickell
When we last looked at SLS Brickell, the 52 tower had just topped out and the sights from the top offer incredible views of Brickell, Key Biscayne and Miami Beach.
SLS Brickell is expected to be completed later this year.

Park Grove Going Vertical
Park Grove Construction
The luxury condominium Park Grove is starting to go vertical in Coconut Grove.
Park Grove will have three residential towers, One Park Grove, Two Park Grove and Club Residences. One Park Grove will be a 20 story tower with 64 residential units. Prices for One Park Grove start at $4 million to $8 million and is 30% sold after two months of sales.
Local chef Michael Schwartz of Michael's Genuine Food & Drink and Harry's Pizzeria will open a 3,500 square foot restaurant at Park Grove that will be designed by Meyer Davis Studio.
Park Grove is being developed by Terra Group and Related Group. The architect is OMA and Rem Koolhaas.
