Avant At Met Square Topped Off
The 43 story Avant At Met Square has topped out in Downtown Miami.
Construction began August 2015 and is expected to be completed first quarter 2018.
The windows are almost installed and painting has begun on the exterior of the building.

30 East Flagler Site
Developer Moishe Mana has purchased a 6,000 square foot lot in Downtown Miami located at 30 East Flagler for $4 million, per The Real Deal.
Mana has purchased $258.2 million is Miami real estate including The Biscayne Building last year for $24.5 million and plans for a 49 story micro apartments at 200 North Miami Avenue.
The Harbour Site in Coconut Grove
Construction on The Harbour in Coconut Grove is expected to start next month in July, according to Miami Today.
The Harbour will have two restaurants, entertainment event space, marina with 400 boat slips and a public baywalk. A new two story parking garage with 333 spaces will be built, which site work has already started.
The site is currently home to the restaurant Scotty's Landing (Grove Bay Grill) and The Chart House which closed in November 2015. Those two buildings will be demolished soon and replaced with The Harbour.
The Harbour was approved by voters in a 2013 referendum and was supposed to begin construction at the end of 2015, but was held up by litigation.
18 Rendering
After being approved by the Urban Development Review Board in February, 18 has also received approval from the Miami Planning and Zoning Department, according to The Next Miami.
18, located at 10 SW 8th Street on the Burger King lot, will rise 78 stories at 960 feet with 392 residential units.

SLS Lux Brickell Overlooking Biscayne Bay
A year ago, SLS Lux Brickell had just reached the 33rd floor of construction. Now, the 58 story condominium rises over the surrounding buildings including Brickell City Centre and the recently opened Brickell Heights.
Construction is still progressing on the building as both cranes have been removed from the site since we last looked in March.
There are only three more floors left for the balconies to be installed and the amenities deck is coming along.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

The Sunny Isles Beach Skyline
Along Collins Avenue from 158th Street to 192nd Street on what used to be called motel row, the 1.5 miles stretch of Sunny Isles Beach has transformed over years with new high rises.
Recent additions the skyline include the 32 story Chateau Beach, 43 story Regalia and the 47 story Mansions of Acqualina. Further North is the 60 story Porsche Design Tower where you are able to park your car in your living room.
Current skyscrapers under construction include the 51 story twisting Muse Residences and three buildings away the 57 story Jade Residences designed by Herzog & de Meuron. New additions also include the 56 story Residences by Armani Casa, which is expected to be completed by 2019.
2017 marks the 20th anniversary of incorporating the name Sunny Isles Beach from Sunny Isles.
