Construction at the Paraiso Complex
As Paraiso Bay rises taller and is at the 40th floor in the Paraiso complex in Edgewater, the last and final tower - GranParaiso - recently had their groundbreaking.
Paraiso Bayviews is starting to go vertical and is on the 3rd floor of construction.

A Look At The Porsche Design Tower
Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach
The Porsche Design Tower has topped out since we last looked in August 2015 and has reached 60 stories. The building stands out among the other buildings in the vicinity with its height.
8 of the 132 units are still available, including the four level 17,000 square foot penthouse for $32.5 million. 22 billionaires have already purchased in the building.
The building is being developed by Dezer Development and designed by Sieger Suarez.

Aria On The Bay Going Vertical
Aria on the Bay Site in Edgewater
Three cranes have been installed at the Aria on the Bay site since we last looked in November 2015 and the tower is starting to go vertical.
The 53 story condo by Melo Group is located in the Edgewater district of Miami. Melo Group is developing the nearby Melody Tower which is close completion and also purchased several lots in the Arts & Entertainment district at the beginning of the year.
Echo Brickell Getting Taller
Construction on Echo Brickell
Echo Brickell is growing taller since we last looked in November 2015. The bottom portion of the building is enclosed in glass and construction is going vertical on the residential portion.
The 57 story condo is being developed by Property Markets Group and JDS Development Group.
One Ocean Near Completion (Photos)
The luxury condo, One Ocean, on South Beach in the South of Fifth district is nearing completion.
Construction began in the Fall of 2013 and the project is developed by The Related Group and designed by Enrique Norten and Sieger Suarez.
One Ocean is the last condo construction project in the South of Fifth district which included Marea and Glass.
