A year ago, construction began on Broadstone Brickell, now the 24 story rental tower in West Brickell has topped out.
The addition to the building and construction on others in the area is creating a significant transformation to West Brickell over the years.

Rising quietly in Midtown Miami is - Midtown 5. The 24 story tower is currently on the 24th floor and in the process of topping out.
The building is a 400 unit rental condo on a 1.58 acre site and is located between Wynwood and the Design District. There will be 22,000 square feet of retail on the ground level.
The project is being developed by Chicago's Magellan Development Group and was designed Loewenberg Architects.
Midtown 5 will be completed by the end of the year.
Armani Casa Residences on Sunny Isles Beach
Located at 18795 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Residences by Armani/Casa will be a 56 story luxury condominium. The project is being developed by The Related Group and Dezer Development, who are also building Hyde Midtown together.
Groundbreaking on the building designed by César Pelli began on March 9th. Amenities will include restaurant, cigar room, wine cellar, two story spa, movie theater and club room.
Prices for the units start at $2 million all the way up to $15 million for the penthouse unit, which was designed by Giorgio Armani and includes a trip to Italy to meet him.
Construction is expected to be completed by February 2019.

The Surf Club - Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences
Construction has continued at The Surf Club - Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences since we last looked in October 2015. The crane has been removed from the South Tower and windows are being installed.

District 36 in Midtown
District 36 has topped out since we last looked in November 2015 on the mixed use building. Windows are almost completed installed and painting on the exterior has begun.
