Echo Brickell
Since topping off in January, Echo Brickell is taking shape as the front sign has been installed over the lobby of the building.
A year ago, the building had just reached the 41st floor of construction.
The 57 story luxury condominium was designed by Carlos Ott and is expected to be completed by early 2018.

Miami Marine Stadium
Phase 1 of a 4 part report of the Miami Marine Stadium conducted by R.J. Heisenbottle Architects stated that the stadium is intact and can be restored to its former glory.
The abandoned stadium, which has been closed since Hurricane Andrew in 1992 could be used for over 50 events including power boat races, sailing regattas, hydroplane races, art festivals, concerts, TV shows, and aquatic shows choreographed with music and lights.
The probable cost of construction is $40,323,361, which is within the $45 million special obligation bonds.
3 MiamiCentral Under Construction
3 MiamiCentral is getting closer to completion since we last looked in April and is gearing for an end of Summer opening date.
At 12 floors, 3 MiamiCentral will have 90,000 square feet of Class A retail space and tenants include Brightline and more.

Solitair Brickell on SW 8th Street
Since topping off in mid-May, Solitair Brickell continues to make progress on the 50 story building in Brickell.
The back of the exterior is almost done being painted and the balconies are nearly installed. The rooftop pool and deck are starting to take shape with the palm trees being planted. The crane is also on its way down.

Brickell Ten
Brickell Ten, located at 1010 SW 2nd Avenue in West Brickell has officially been completed.
Construction began on the 22 story condo in August 2014 and started going vertical January 2015.
Brickell was developed by IB Corp and Waterstone Capital and designed by BC Architects.

After being purchased for $8 million in February 2016, a 40 story Courtyard Marriott Hotel is being planned at 511 NE 15th Street, according to The Next Miami.
The site is located next to the old Miami Herald Building and is on a lot size of 11,700 square feet.
The hotel will have no parking, but rise 580 feet with 270 hotel rooms. The glass exterior will have a colorful façade.
The building was designed by Shulman + Associates.
7th Street Apartments in Downtown Miami
7th Street Apartments continues to rise in Downtown Miami and has reached the 21st floor. Previously the building was on the 13 floor at the end of May.
Construction has started on the parking garage portion of the building, but work has not started on the second tower as of yet.
